Dragon Labs is run entirely by Anand Sharma - me. I live in Los Angeles and love design, especially for the web. For me, web design is a hobby rather than a job, I do it because I love to. This equates to higher quality, more effort and attention to the details. If you want to know more about me, check out my personal blog (it's down right now but it'll be back soon).
What's In a Name?
A few years back, I wanted to make a computer hardware company called Dragonware. The name then changed to Dragon Systems and became more interested in web design. When I wanted to buy a domain, there were problems because ScanSoft Inc. (previously Dragon Systems) owned the domains. Thus, Dragon Labs was born!
History of the Dragon
The site has gone through countless revisions and redesigns to reach its current state. It's come a long way - you can see some of the original versions in the Portfolio, but please try not to laugh.
The site officially launched on January 1, 2006. As of now, not all the pages are up. I hope to eventually have a section with articles and tutorials, and even perhaps a forum. I'll also put up a resume once I need to or when I have enough things to put in.
